Director of the Older Adult Daily Living Center
This "hands on" managerial position is responsible for the supervision of assigned personnel to provide recreational services and activities for daily living
and to assure coordination and compliance of all client individual programs.  Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Rehabilitation,
or related field required.  Master's Degree preferred.  Experience:  minimum of two years experience working directly with disabled persons, a
minimum of one year which was spent in a supervisory position being preferable.  Social training/skills:  strong verbal and communication skills; basic
computer proficiency; proficiency in counseling and case management techniques; knowledge of therapeutic recreation activities; knowledge of
issues that are age specific to an older MH/IDD population; the ability to carry out directives given by the Executive Director; the ability to keep accurate records.
