At Hand-Crafters, Program Specialists work with each participant to assess and determine what supports and services they need to achieve their personal goals. Everyone receives one-to-one attention, and objectives are reviewed regularly with the client as well as the family and/or caregivers. Program Specialists help motivate each client toward employment and support them as needed daily.
